In order to ride at Hunter Valley Showjumping Club (HVJSC), riders must be a member of HVSJC or HorseSport Australia (personal accident and third party liability cover included).    Non members who are EA members may still attend some events but pay a higher rate per round.

Membership runs for 12 months (365 days)  from the date of purchase and entitles you to round discounts.   Individual and Non-Riding member categories are available as well as  Family membership  for maximum of FOUR riders in the same family, and Corporate membership that allows FOUR members of an equestrian business to join.   Riders included in Corporate membership can be changed ONCE during the membership year.

Members must agree to abide by the rules of HVSJC as well as the HorseSport Australia Insurance Waiver Risk-Warning-and-Waiver-of-Liability-2020 HVSJC

HVSJC runs under HorseSport Australia rules and regulations and Equestrian Australia for some events.  All members must agree to all regulations including Code of Conduct and Social Media Policy for both organisations.  Breaches of these policies could result in cancellation of membership and/or rejection of entries.  See links to both organisations:
