Wow! What a fantastic first day back in 2020 for the Hunter Valley Showjumping Club 😁.
With over 80 riders attending last Sunday, we welcome lots of new members and welcome back our regulars.
A record 23 riders registered for the 45cm training fences and we look forward to these horses and their riders progressing up the heights. Our sport is clearly strong at the introductory level.
Thank you to all those riders that were particularly patient in waiting for the heights to rise and we are acutely aware how frustrating this can be if there is a long wait. And thank you those that stayed until the end and helped with the packing up.
To facilitate smoother running of our days in future and not holding up heights, we will look in to alternate ways to manage the numbers. This may require riders booking in advance for some heights, particularly the 45cm.
Di has painstakingly uploaded all the photos she took on the day and you can find them at the below link:

Our club website has some useful information:

We have 2 more training days scheduled before our three day Hunter Region Championships in March. Please check the pinned post on the page with these dates and keep in mind they may alter from time to time and we encourage you to view them regularly.

As a Committee we encourage and appreciate feedback so please don't hesitate to give us some 🙂
